Would you like to know when to put your child to sleep? There are only two sleep training apps for children and we made them both! This app, inspired by Dr. Marc Weissbluth’s landmark book, "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child," will guide parents into recognizing signs of sleepiness in their toddlers. This program, designed for any toddler 12-36 months, will calculate an appropriate bedtime based on the appearance of your child. (If your child is less than 12 months old, you should use the Weissbluth Method Infant Nap App for 0-12 months.)

“Try and experiment with an early bedtime”- Dr. Marc Weissbluth

Here’s how it works:

· Bedtime Calculator: At 4 and 5 PM while the App is active, the parent will be prompted to calculate their toddler’s bedtime based on how she looks- this helps parents start to recognize the early signs of being tired and adjust their toddler’s bedtime accordingly.

· “Sleep Info”: Dr. Weissbluth’s extensive research throughout his career highlights the importance of daytime sleep as well as early bedtimes. He covers, nap facts, barriers to sleep solutions, common myths, and much more.

· Nap logging: The sleep log is essential for parents to see the evolution of different sleep patterns as well as troubleshooting. Parents (and Dr. Weissbluth) can use these logs to analyze trouble spots in a child’s sleep schedule.

· Additional features include a lullaby from Dr. Weissbluth’s “Sweet Baby” album as well as links to all other Weissbluth Method websites and resources.

Rest is vital to your child’s health, growth, and development. The Weissbluth Method Toddler Bedtime App will create these healthy habits.

Sweet Dreams!

Our users say it best: "Dr. Weissbluth has created the only two sleep-training apps out there for parents and they are wonderful. Not only do I have an alibi for taking my toddler home early from inconvenient social events, but this app has taught me how to recognize early signs of drowsiness- As a consequence, I deal with less bedtime battles and my toddler is much more pleasant! Thank You Dr. W!" -dnicole1
